PROCESSING TIME
All products from TTP CUSTOMZ are custom-made.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed, shipping times are estimated as follows:

Canada: 3–10 business days

United States: 5–12 business days

International: 7–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or peak seasons.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship using trusted carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
TTP CUSTOMZ is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information
Orders shipped to an incorrect address will not be refunded or replaced.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, TTP CUSTOMZ is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received:

TTP CUSTOMZ cannot issue refunds or replacements in these cases
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the damage
We will review the case and assist where possible.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by TTP CUSTOMZ.
