By accessing this website and/or placing an order with TTP CUSTOMZ, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not place an order.

This website is operated by TTP CUSTOMZ. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to TTP CUSTOMZ. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
CUSTOM PRODUCTS
All products sold by TTP CUSTOMZ are custom-made. Designs are created based on customer-provided or customer-approved specifications. Once a design is approved and production has begun, the order is considered final.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final

No returns or refunds will be issued

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after delivery
Claims such as “I don’t like it” or “It’s not what I expected” do not qualify for refunds if the product matches the approved design.
QUALITY GUARANTEE & REPLACEMENTS
We strive to maintain excellent quality standards for all products.
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue that does not meet our standards, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos of the defect must be provided

Incorrect shipping addresses

Orders lost due to incorrect information

No refunds or replacements will be issued for errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information.
DESIGN APPROVAL
By approving a design, the customer confirms:

The design meets their expectations

The final product will be produced exactly as approved
Once approved, the design cannot be changed, disputed, or refunded.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TTP CUSTOMZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
